A great place to have a spot of tea, sip of espresso or get your morning caffeine fix. Locally owned and operated for over 11 years. Owner, Terrie Barill, keeps this quirky coffee shop loaded with artwork from local artists including ceramics, sculptures, prints, etc. Offering free wifi and plenty of seating, DV8 is a great place to come relax or get some work done.
Whether you work in town or just here for Jury Duty, stop by and check out this little shop which is within walking distance from anywhere in downtown Greensburg. During the summer months, plop a squat on the French Quarter-esque sidewalk seating or out back by the herb garden. Over the winter, Terrie keeps the hot chocolate (and the Mexican Hot Chocolate) on tap.
DV8 also hosts a number of after-hours monthly events like:
Open Night Mic – coordinated by Terrie’s youngest son, this events often merges a variety of music from local artists and out-of-towners.
Indie Film Screening – presenting a wide range of film projects from college students and seasoned filmmakers.
Sip n’ Stitch – a fiber-arts club dedicated to preserving the fine skill set of knitting and crocheting.
Come with friends or make some here! And if you’re too shy, just talk to Kelsey, our Barista. Check out calendar of events or stop in to find out when the next event is being held!
And don’t forget to try our Daily Special or finally figure out what the heck a Macciato really is..
Deviate from corporate coffee chains and drink local.
