Kaufmann Center

The recent renovation of the Kaufmann Center has transformed the venue into an outstanding regional performance venue and cultural programming space.  It is an intimate venue that can wonderfully showcase world-class performers, and has done just that, with performers ranging from John Legend to Esperanza Spalding to Sean Jones and the Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra.

Our mission at the Kaufmann Center is to provide the Hill District, the City of Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities with quality, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary, and multi-generational Cultural programming, and propel Pittsburgh into the heart of the national art community with unique and diverse programming. Our goal is to enrich lives in the community though exposure to and participation in the art.
