The bust of William Addison Magee (1873-1938) who served two terms as Pittsburgh's mayor in 1909 to 1914 and then again in 1922 to 1926. The statue is currently in city storage.

Frank Vittor (1888-1968) was a renown Pittsburgh-based sculptor. Born in a suburb of Milan, Italy, Vittor came to Pittsburgh after meeting his wife and Pittsburgh native, Ade Mae Humphreys while working on various projects in New York City. Ultimately, Vittor designed over 50 memorials, fountains and statues throughout the Pittsburgh region. He was also responsible for the design of the Gettysburg Half Dollar, which was only issued in 1936.
